Pelletizing line MLG-1000 COMBI

Equipment for production of pellets and mixed fodder MLG-1000 COMBI from the company LLC “TechnoMashStroy”, based on pelletizer GRAND-300, is designed for the production of pellets from 2 mm to 8 mm from different types of raw materials. This configuration differs from the pelletizing line MLG-500 COMBI by the fact that it is based on a more powerful press pelletizer. Pelletizing line can serve as equipment for the production of pellets and mixed fodder, both at home and in business.

The pelletizing line MLG-1000 COMBI is equipped with:

Bunker of uniform feeding of raw materials SHTZ-200:

This unit consumes 0.75 kW of electricity, has smooth regulation of raw material feeding speed by means of frequency converter.

Humidification system:

The main elements of the humidification system are: eletrovalve, pump, water tank for 200 liters, time relay. This system is connected to the feed screw, which allows to add the necessary dosed amount of moisture during the movement of biomass to the granulator. Power consumption 0,37kW.

Reliable press pelletizer GRAND-300:

Press pelletizer GRAND-300 can easily cope with different types of raw materials with productivity up to 400kg/hour on pellet, and 700kg/hour on mixed fodder. Also under different types of raw materials will be installed different motors, for mixed fodder 30 kW, and for pellet 22 kW.

Calibrator-cooler of ready pellets BKO-100:

This unit performs the function of pre-cooling of the product as it in turn is heated during pressing. Also this equipment sifts dust and irregular pellets by means of a special drum. This unit consumes 0.12 kW.

Closed exhaust system VP-2:

This unit, by means of its fan, provides the air circulation necessary for cooling the pellets and collecting the calibrated raw material residues and dust in containers in the form of bags that are mounted on it. The power consumption is 1.5 kW.

Pelletizing line control panel:

The small size and built-in cooling system of the automation, makes the control panel reliable and convenient to install next to the production line.

The MLG-1000 COMBI line is capable of pelletizing various types of raw materials:

on sawdust up to 400 kg/hour;
straw up to 350 kg/hour;
agricultural biomass 400-700 kg/hour;
on husks up to 380 kg/hour;
on sunflower waste 300-350 kg/hour;

and many others. The main thing is to comply with the requirements to the fraction and moisture level of the processed raw materials.

This line can be used as a separate production unit, as well as complete it with additional equipment, which will make the production of pellets and mixed fodder more automated.

The pelletizing line MLG - 1000 COMBI can be supplemented with these units:

TLC-2 (conveyor-calibrator), main task is feeding and calibration of raw materials;
TL-500 (belt conveyor), the main task is feeding and cooling of raw materials;
TL-1000 (belt conveyor), the main task is feeding and cooling of raw materials;
DR-500 (rotary pulverizer), the main task is to pulverize raw materials to the required fraction;
KSSH-400 (hopper with uniform feeding of raw materials), the main task is calibration of raw materials and its uniform feeding;
BKO-200 (calibrator-cooler), the main task is to cool and calibrate the finished pellets;
DMP (pneumatic hammer chopper), serves for raw material intake and chopping;
CA-400 (aerodynamic dryer with calibrator), the main task is calibration and drying of raw materials.
